Are Prof. Taylor courses, resources, and supplies consumable or non consumable?

All Prof. Taylor courses, resources, and supplies are consumable and not intended to be reused.

Which type of funds should I use to purchase Prof. Taylor courses, resources, and supplies?

Prof. Taylor courses and resources are educational in nature and should be able to be purchased with CTT Funds (curriculum, tech, tutoring), however, you should confirm this with your school before placing your order.

Prof. Taylor supplies that are purchased alongside accompanying courses should be able to be purchased with CTT Funds (curriculum/tech/tutoring), however, you should confirm this with your school before placing your order. Supply kits purchased as stand-alone items are most likely considered art supplies and would need to be purchased with IF funds (instructional funds). You will also want to confirm this with your school before placing your order.

How will I receive access to my digital course or resource?

You will receive access to your digital course or resource via e-mail within 72 hours of purchase by the school. When you order your digital item(s), please be sure to double check that the email you entered is correct as only the email address provided will be sent access information for the courses and/or resources that have been purchased.

How long will it take for me to receive my supply kit(s) in the mail?

Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources ships supply kits on Thursdays, excluding holidays (Easter week, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Year week). Kits are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number is provided via e-mail. Local addresses can expect to receive their kits within 7-10 business days of the funds for the order being sent by their charter school to Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources. Addresses outside of central California can expect to receive their kits within 10-14 business days of the funds for the order being sent by their charter school to Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources.

How long may we access the course we purchased from Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources?

Access to each purchased course is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once the course expires, students will have to repurchase the course if they would like to take it again.

How many students may watch a purchased course or use a printable resource?

Prof. Taylor courses are intentionally priced affordably and are thus intended to taken by only one student. We ask that one course per student be purchased even if another family member or friend has already purchased the course.

Printable resources are able to be utilized by everyone in the student's immediate, permanent household. Please do not share printable files with anyone outside the student's immediate, permanent household. Copyright laws protect Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources from unauthorized duplication, dissemination, resale, and commercial reproduction.

Are Prof. Taylor Courses digital or in-person?

At present, all Prof. Taylor courses are offered in the digital, self-paced, remote-access format. No in person courses or tutoring services are offered at this time.

What are the refund and return policies for Prof. Taylor courses, resources, and supplies?

Due to the digital nature of Prof. Taylor courses and resources, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted to courses or digital products have been emailed to the student.

Returns are not offered by Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources. Replacement of defective items from within supply kits are granted only for that exact item (or a very similar replacement item) under the following conditions:

1) Entire kits cannot be returned or replaced. Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources offers replacement items on a case-by-case basis and only for defective items within supply kits.

2) Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources must be notified via e-mail of the defective item within 7 days of delivery by the USPS according to USPS tracking information. Emails should be sent to [email protected]. The e-mail must contain clear photos of the defective item and a full description of its malfunctioning issues.

3) The defective item must be returned to Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources via USPS within 30 days of replacement approval (granted via email). Defective items may be mailed to: PO Box 60002 Bakersfield, CA 93386. If a tracking number is not provided and the returned item is lost, stolen, or misdelivered in transit, Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources will not send a replacement item. A replacement item will not be sent until the defective item is received. Return shipping costs are not covered by the school or Prof. Taylor Courses and Resources.
